Do you find properties for me?

No. BULLOK starts once you have identified a property.

Does CHECK include a lawyer or an architect’s visit?

No. INSPECT adds an architect’s visit and contract review by a lawyer. Their scope and availability are agreed before engagement.

What if I need to decide soon?

Tell us your deadline and which documents are available. We confirm what can be reviewed within that time before accepting the engagement.

Can you guarantee there will be no problems?

No. Every review has a defined scope and depends on information and access. Unverified matters remain identified as open questions.

Will you carry out the renovation?

No. IMPROVE includes a pre-purchase estimate of renovation investment. Construction and execution design are outside these packages.
